TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
Only online returns are permitted within 14 days of purchase. After we receive your returned parcel in our warehouse, make an inspection & treat your parcel we will proceed to issue a refund.
All final sale items are only eligible for exchange.
We will notify you of your refund as soon as we have handled your return parcel. Please note that the timeframe for receiving your refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
For some banks please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.
Remember:in the details of your order, we will give you the deadline for making the returns.
You can return your items for free at the LINDBERGH store. We accept all online returns in store within 14 days of receiving your package.
For your convenience, we offer the option to return items to any LINDBERGH store. Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the original order confirmation email and a valid form of identification, and our team will assist you with the return process according to our return policy.
Note:if you can't come to the store to make the return, someone else can do it for you.

HOW CUSTOMERS RETURN ORDERS
Customers must have have an account to create a return shipment. If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same email address to convert their guest account into a customer account. Step: 1:- Logging into their account by clicking My account / Register normally in the top right-hand side of the screen.
Step: 2:- Your customers can view any past orders by clicking My orders.
Step: 3:- Click View on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step: 4:- Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
Step: 5:- Choose the products to return and the quantity.
Step: 6:- Give a return reason. Customers can choose a reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request.
