Shipping Fee: $10 flat fee & Free Shipping on orders of $100 and above.

To be clear: Lindbergh offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all purchases. Free shipping on orders $100 or more.

Shipping & Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by LINDBERGH customer service with regular updates on your order.

IN-STORE OPTIONS

Period: Allow up to 48 hrs for pick up.

At LINDBERGH, we offer the convenience of in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from us.

You can select the "Pick Up In-Store" option during checkout, and we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup at your preferred in-store location. Our friendly associates will be ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

Only online returns are permitted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Upon receiving your returned parcel in our warehouse, and after careful inspection, we will proceed to initiate the return/exchange process via email.

All final sale items are only eligible for exchange.

Unless the items received from the inception were damaged.

We will notify you of your refund as soon as we have handled your return parcel. Please note that the timeframe for receiving your refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Items must be in their original condition and include all labels for a full refund to be issued.

REFUND

For some banks, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You can return your items for free at any LINDBERGH location. We accept all online returns in store within 14 days of receiving your package.

Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the original order confirmation email and a valid form of identification, and our team will assist you with the return process in accordance with our policies.

Note: if you can't come to the store to make the return, someone else can do it for you!.

Remember:in the details of your order, we will give you the deadline for making the returns

HOW CUSTOMERS RETURN ORDERS

Customers must have have an account to create a return shipment. If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same email address to convert their guest account into a customer account. Customers can return on your website by:

Step: 1:- Logging into their account by clicking My account / Register normally in the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step: 2:- Your customers can view any past orders by clicking My orders.

 

Step: 3:- Click View on the right-hand side of the screen.

 

Step: 4:- Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.

 

Step: 5:- Choose the products to return and the quantity.

 

Step: 6:- Give a return reason. Customers can choose a reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request.
